The Holland Galleries Jury committee cordially invites you to apply for exhibition in our beautiful spaces. Openings in the Holland Gallery are currently available for 2021. You may apply to exhibit in either gallery, or both, simultaneously or at separate times, pending availability. Jurying takes place twice annually.
The Holland Gallery of Fine Art and the adjunct Alley Gallery both generally change exhibitions monthly. Individuals, small groups, leagues and art organisations may apply.
You may download the gallery exhibition guidelines (below) for details on how to submit your work for exhibition.
The FCF-Holland Center hosts a variety of programs and classes, and offers cross promotion with other programs such as the Desert Foothills Theater, the Holland Gallery of Fine Art and Alley Gallery have great foot traffic--introducing your art to a whole new audience.
An exciting new, non-traditional venue for artist exhibitions, our main gallery space, the Holland Gallery of Fine Art, provides 2400 square feet of space to create group or solo exhibitions, themed exhibits, retrospectives and experimental exhibitions.
The adjunct Alley Gallery provides additional space, either for somewhat smaller works, or to provide a smooth transition to a main exhibit, in the busy public halls nearest the Holland Gallery's main space. Both areas are hung with traditional gallery formatting to better showcase the exhibits.
To make certain that the finest possible work is represented, all exhibits are juried. We are pleased to showcase some of the best and brightest artists, not only from Arizona but from across the entire country.
Exhibits generally rotate on a monthly basis, on the last Friday of each month. Receptions are generally held on the second Saturday each month. Receptions offer an opportunity for the artists to invite guests and share what inspires them, explain their process and connect with fellow art enthusiasts. Most months we also provide an opportunity to learn more about a given exhibit and to interact with the artists at our Art, Coffee and Conversation guided discussions (free and open to the public; select our "Take Classes: Holland Community Center Classes" from the Class List pull down menu found at the top of this page for additional information.)
