Purchased Steinway & Sons piano for Fine Arts Center & Published Carefree/Cave Creek Foothills “A Life in the Sonoran Sun” Book

Developed Holiday Project and hired first Executive Director for FCF & Land Trust formed to preserve land in the Desert Foothills, eventually became Desert Foothills Land Trust

Established Quail Award program for a distinguished citizen in the community

Created Midnight Madness in partnership with CCUSD & Established Mobile Meals

FCF starts Desert Foothills New Horizons Band

Desert Foothills Theater joins the Foothills Community Foundation programs

1st Annual FCF Golf Tournament held & DFYCC Steering Committee formed

Desert Foothills ViCap becomes Foothills Caring Corps and merges with FCF
