Desert Foothills Community Education
A Partners in Education Program
Partners in Education supports local school children by funding programs in Desert Foothills Community Education (DFCE) including tutoring, academic-support classes and summer school classes. PIE also supports DFCE in its arts education programs including a summer mime and movement performing arts camp and artist-in-residency programs in the schools.
Partners in Education also recognizes outstanding youth volunteers in the Desert Foothills community by awarding the Luther Dilatush Young Citizen’s Award.
Our 2010 goal is to develop a broad scale math tutoring program for all students in the Cave Creek Unified School District. We are looking for people interested in helping tutor math students in the Cave Creek Unified School District. If you’re interested, please contact the FCF office at (480) 488-1090.
