Toby Payne, Vice President

Toby is a Phoenix native and has lived in the Carefree/ Cave Creek area since 1992.  Toby serves as Chair of the Desert Foothills Theater.  In 1969, he began Audio Visual America/Stage Sound, which involved touring with entertainers such as Andy Williams and Sammy Davis Jr.; and supplying corporate convention groups such as CBS, Rotary International and Estee Lauder.  He sold the business in 1995 and started Home Automation Systems, Inc. and Sonoran Networks, LLC.  Toby and his wife, Debbie, have two sons.
