Dr. Paul Dale currently serves as Vice President for Learning Support Services at Paradise Valley Community College and since 2003 has served on the Desert Foothills YMCA/Community Center Steering Committee.   His educational background has focused upon sociology, guidance and counseling and educational leadership.  He holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.  Paul has served on several boards throughout his career in higher education administration including the Paradise Valley Unified School District Education Foundation and as President of the Board of Directors, United Way of Yuma County.  His efforts have been recognized by numerous awards including the Maricopa Community College District Innovation of the Year award for work on The First Year Experience.  Paul has served as President of the Arizona Association of Student Personnel Administrators and served as co-chair of a state-wide Student Affairs Planning Committee.   Paul resides in Glendale, AZ.
